Post-Construction Cleaning questions
When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
Once trades are finished and the space is safe to access. For larger projects, we often do a rough clean near the end of construction and a final clean right before the walkthrough.
Do you remove large debris or construction materials?
We clear dust, small debris and residue. Large materials, dumpsters and hauling should be handled by your contractor before we arrive.
Do you work directly with contractors?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with builders, contractors and property managers on timing, access and final walkthroughs.
